POSTER GUIDELINES
- Poster size:Â the maximum size is A0; however, smaller dimensions are also acceptable
- Poster format:Â portrait format
- Fixing material: will be provided on-site at the poster help desk
- There will be no guided poster tour, but poster presenters are kindly asked to be present at their poster during their Poster Viewing Session for discussions.
- All posters have to be removed directly after the end of the corresponding Poster Viewing Session; otherwise they will be removed and disposed of by the organizers and the main author will be charged a disposal fee of 25,00 EUR.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORAL PRESENTATIONS:
The maximum duration for each presentation is 15 minutes, consisting of 10 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for discussion. All presentations (in PPT format) must be submitted by 20 September 2025 to the following email address genubih.congress@gmail.com
