CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation of participation, the participant should send an email to genubih.congress@gmail.com with all the necessary information for the refund.

For international and domestic payments:

  • Cancellations received before or on 1 December 2026 will be fully refunded.
  • Cancellations received after 1 December 2026 but before or on 1 February 2027 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee.
  • Cancellations received after 1 February 2027 but before or on 1 April 2027 will be refunded 30% of the registration fee.
  • No refund will be made for cancellations received after 1 April 2027 or registered participants who fail to attend.
