For the scientific program, participants are invited to submit proposals for either a presentation or a workshop. All submissions should align with the scope of the congress and contribute to the exchange of current knowledge, research, and professional practice across academia, industry, and the regulatory sector.

For your convenience, an abstract template is available for download below. This template should be used for preparing your submission and then uploaded through the registration system.

THE DEADLINE FOR SCIENTIFIC PROPOSAL SUBMISSIONS IS AUGUST 1, 2026.

All applicants will be informed about the acceptance of abstracts for the scientific program no later than 15 August 2026.

CONGRESS PRESENTATION

Recommended duration: 25 minutes (including discussion). The congress presentation offers a clear, well-structured, and insightful overview of a current and relevant topic within the scope of the congress. It should be designed for a broad audience and delivered in a clear and accessible manner.

When naming your file (word abstract), please follow the format: Surname_Presentation

WORKSHOP

Workshop may include up to three speakers and are designed to provide an in-depth exploration of a specific topic, methodology, or a controversial issue relevant to the field. Sessions should be interactive and encourage active engagement with the audience.

The preferred session length is 60, 90, or 120 minutes, depending on the depth and format of the topic.

The final 15 minutes of each workshop are dedicated to a panel-style discussion, involving all speakers to facilitate exchange of perspectives and open dialogue.
